Assalamualaikum, hi all, today I'll will share my experience going to Langkawi, Malaysia.
It's Chinese New Year Holiday, my dad decided to bring us on our cousin + uncle + aunty to Pulau Langkawi / Langkawi island. We can there either by plane or by boat (but nowadays they already have the rowrow <--- i don't know how to spell it but people do call it rowrow..hehe.. u can bring your car inside rowrow, the journey will take around 2 hour and 30 minutes or 3 hours). If by plane it only took approximately 55 minutes to 1 hours BUT if by car it will took u ages to arrive there..hehe.. joking. I dont know the exact time.. but to travel from my place (Putrajaya) to Kedah is around 5 hours and from kedah to kuala perlis may took u around 1 or 2 hours and from jetty kuala perlis to jetty langkawi may took you around 1 hour. So, approximately the total duration by go to Langkawi by car is around 8 hours. On this trip we decided to go there by boat..so we travel all the way from Putrajaya to Jetty Kuala Kedah.
Along the way we stop by at our cousin home in Seri Iskandar, Perak. Stop for break around 6 hours.

Mase sampai jeti kuala perlis tu, tak sangke la ramai sangat orang. Ya Allah, lemas nye.. dengan berebut2 nak sembahyang subuh.. feri bertolak pukul 7, memang rushing sangat. Dengan kakak saudara bawak anak kecil2 empat orang. Diorang asek nanges je kepanasan. Jadi, bila dah sampai masa, kami pun tunggu di dalam tempat menunggu. kami tunggu di pintu hujung sebelah kanan, sekali orang boat tu buat announcement masuk ikut pintu sebelah kiri sekali, dengan sesak2 tu.. banyak beg lagi dengan kesian budak kecik tersepit dekat org ramai, nak jadikan cerita kami pun tertinggal boat. bukan kami saja ada lagi 8 orang yang lain tertinggal juga.
